Gemma's puppies dew claws removed
Gemma's babies had their dew claws removed this morning. Gemma sat on my lap while they took the puppies back. She heard her puppies and she tilted her head from side to side like - what are they doing to my babies. They were only gone for about 2 minutes and then Gemma had her babies back and she layed in the basket and nestled in with them and everyone was happy!
We have all of our puppies dew claws removed when they are 1 - 3 days old. It is a very fast and simple procedure while they are this young. We have this done to prevent any possible injuries for our puppies. It is less painful for them at this very young age than when they get older and less costly.
